This is the third iteration of my photoblog. It contains the same images that it has since the beginning, but this is the third location on the server that it’s been in…
Bear with me while I finish getting it up to scratch.
I started the photoblog, originally called The Naked Eye, when I began taking photos with my husband’s Canon IXUS 50. It was a great little camera. Good for point and shoot with a few fun options. I started to crave a bit more from my photography so I bought a Nikon D50.
After 5 years of faithful service I upgraded to a Nikon D300s, and sold my Nikon D50.
I got a 50mm f/1.8 lens for my birthday a couple of years ago. I recommend one of these for any dSLR owner. It’s brilliant! I barely take the 50mm off my camera, but I do occasionally to use my Nikon 24mm f/2, or Tamron 70–300mm.
