It’s that time of year again! My attempts at photographing the fireworks this year were somewhat more successful than last year, I think you’ll agree. A significant part of that was arriving on time and setting up my tripod, rather than getting there after the fireworks start and trying to photograph them while running down the street.
This was the first good image I got before I decided turning my camera to a portrait framing was a much better option. This one is pretty much at the start of the fireworks and even though the framing is far from perfect, I kinda like it: I think it’s all the colours.
